Hello and welcome to my website! My name is Amela and fitness became my whole life when I was 16 years old. My passion for fitness is far beyond getting "shredded" or "thick." I want to help others become a better and HEALTHIER version of themselves. I am a firm believer that you should take very special care of your body, mind, and soul each and every day because you will have those things for the rest of your life. If you don't take care of these things, who will?

​I ham married to my kind husband, Colin, and we have two fur-babies, Scar and Stella. They are both rescue pups and are the most amazing blessings we have together. I went to college for 2 years to study nutrition and have learned more through my certifications (Personal Training, Reformer/Mat Pilates, Group Fitness), webinars, hands on training, and working at fitness facilities! â€‹

I have been an online and in-person, certified personal trainer for over 11 years now and have been a Pilates instructor for a little over a year! For online training, I specialize in helping ADHD + overwhelmed women create fitness routines that finally feel sustainable.
